* Aisle signs are 8' H x 4' W. The top 2'x4' will be used for NRB branding, the middle 4'x4' will contain the aisle number, and the bottom 2' x 4' will be used for your branding.

Have your promotional material inserted into 1,500 sponsor bags that will be distributed via hotel door drop to all NRB 2024 attendees' hotel rooms at the Gaylord Texan on Tuesday night, February 20 while guests are at the Opening Session.

Paper inserts can be no more than 8 1/2" wide x 11" long and 1/2" deep. Promotional items such as flash drives, pens, mini flashlights, mints, etc., are also acceptable if the size parameters are met. Samples will be required in advance, and are subject to NRB approval.
